I just wanted to let you all know that I really appreciate the time you have taken to support So Stylilized and even for those of you who have placed your orders...thank you!! At this time, however, I am going to be placing all orders on hold at this point due to a new job opportunity that has came open for me. What this means for me and blog designs, I honestly don't know...I may end up picking up the orders later on, but then again, I may not. At this point, however, I know that I won't be doing any orders as I am getting ready to start a new job that will bring in a consistent income (rather than your very much appreciated tips). The tips are very much appreciated, but to be honest, they aren't as much as what I will be making. I am sure that those of you with families (and perhaps even those of you who don't have children) understand the importance of my decision. I love blog designing, and who knows, maybe I can pick it up again in the future, but as for right now I don't see that happening at this point.

While So Stylilized is doing some super cute, adorable, unique and oh SO Stylilized custom designs for blogs (yes, we do designs for the Blogger/Blogspot and Wordpress platforms) and are booking up VERY fast since we are FREE (we only ask for a tip in whatever amount you wish to give at the time of the design being finished up)...we also do custom invites, announcements, etc. for FREE too (again, we just ask for a tip). We don't print the invitations and announcements, but we send you a digital copy (usually via e-mail) in which you can print them off yourself (and most look GREAT on cardstock type paper). The invitations can be GREAT for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and even that summer cookout/celebration and more!! So...we help you to make your blog AND your events be oh SO Stylilized!! :0)

And...even though we are booking far out for custom designs...if the design you order needs to be done by a specific date and you specify this on the order form we will most definitely try our best to meet that deadline!!

Youth Group Certificate

A nearby church recently had a field day for the Youth Cell Group. They wanted some certificates to hand out to the particpants. They basically just told us what information they wanted included on the certificates and let us take it from there with the design. I REALLY like how the cross is placed behind the box where the participant's name and the event information would go. The name of the church was placed at the bottom in the space specified (we just left that off of the certificate that was to be included in the portfolio for privacy purposes).

Okay, after a long (but oh-so short) holiday weekend I am back at my regular routine...working on oodles and oodles of designs and between today and tomorrow I will be scheduling all of the orders I have received over the past few weeks. With our exciting new additions (where we are still offering FREE Custom Blog Designs and MORE) we have updated our site design just a bit to reflect all of our services (most of the navigation, etc. is still fairly the same except for a few minor changes...we try to keep it simple and organized for our visitors and clients). With the new site design we still have all of our original buttons, but we also have some new buttons as well. A New Design for Royal Heiress

Marletha came to us asking for a new two column design for her blog. I was thrilled to help her out with this, and I thought how much more fitting could this be...with the Royal Wedding of William and Kate being brought up all in the media...I get to do a design with a royal theme being the focus. Marletha's design is about a different kind of royalty though...its the royalty brought to us by the king of kings...a Biblical kind of royalty...my absolute favorite kind of royalty!!

Marletha really liked the color purple and I think it went well with the royal theme. I also designed her a matching button, favicon, post siggie, and a navigation linkbar with dropdown menus.

Now...what's even better than having custom blog designs for FREE is we have added even more add-ons to choose from when ordering your custom blog designs (all add-ons are FREE as well). There are social media buttons, matching business cards (digital format only), and more to choose from. While all of the original add-ons are also still an option.

And...hang on...that's not all...we also are expanding our services even more! Blog to E-book

E-books are a great way to save your favorite blog posts and compile them into a digital book format for keepsake purposes, gifts, etc. These can be great to give to family and friends, keep for yourself, use as party/wedding favors, etc....the ideas are almost limitless!

What is Blog to E-book? This is where we compile your blog posts (of your choice) into e-book format.

Place Your Order Now!

What does digital format mean? Well, it simply means you can now have your favorite posts made into a book format, only instead of it being print its digital (a PDF version). Your favorite posts will be separated by digital pages, and you can even choose your favorite photo/image to add as the cover and the name of the e-book...well it can be of your choice...but it also will go right on your cover/first page!

Speaking of digital covers...let us show you a few:

Then...on the next page (or maybe even the next few pages) we have what is called the "Table of Contents"...so you can easily find what page of the e-book a certain post/entry has been placed on:

Then you could have an optional "Author's Notes" page...maybe to who you may dedicate the e-book to or something else. This can be one page of any of the e-book packages and doesn't count as the post total.

And...last but certainly not least, is the content (also known as the blog posts) of the e-book. Such as the pages below (and the "Remembering Every Moment" does NOT appear on the pages...this is just to make sure no content is taken without permission).

Each page can have the title of the post, the date it was written/posted on and the actual post entry.

The comments are not added to the e-book unless specifically requested, and if comments are requested they count as a separate post entry.

How this Works:

Once you place your order (be sure to select the Blog to E-book option as the type of project you are ordering), you then will be contacted by one of our team members via e-mail usually within 1-2 weeks and you will then be told where you are placed at on our project wait list and asked specifics (such as which posts you want included, how many pages you want included, what image you want to use as the digital cover/first page, what title you want to use...this could even be your blog title and the year, etc.)
Once we get the specifics from you we will then begin compiling the information into your e-book...which will be a digital PDF format.

The amount you plan to tip for the project will also depend on how many posts you can include in the e-book (while there isn't a set amount you must tip and you are able to tip in whatever amount you wish for most of our other projects, tips for this project must be at least $20.00 due to the time that is involved in this type of project).

Tips that are $20.00-$29.99 receive a 15 post e-book.

Tips that are $30.00 to $59.99 receive a 30 post e-book.

Tips that are $60.00 to $75.99 receive a 50 post e-book.

Tips that are $76.00 and above receive a 75 post e-book.
Once the e-book is complete we will then send you a link via e-mail where you will have a minimum of two weeks (fourteen calendar days) to ("pick-up") save your e-book.
You then can do with the e-book as you wish...burn it to CDs for your own use, give it to family and friends, give it as a gift, sell it, upload it to your own server and offer it on your website/blog, do whatever you want with it...its yours!

A Few Notes and Terms:

As with all of our work, we reserve the right to use our projects however we see fit (such as in our portfolio, etc.). All content is the property of their owner(s).
A maximum amount of 100 e-book pages has been set for the 15 and 30 posts packages; a maximum 225 e-book pages has been set for the 50 and 75 posts packages.
Comments are not included in the e-book unless specifically requested (if comments are requested, they are counted as a separate post in the package you choose).
Any and all content you submit for the e-book (including the actual posts, images, title for the e-book, etc.) must be non-copyrighted or you must have the rights to the content and we must also receive permission to use the content for the purposes of this project. We currently do not accept video, music, etc. to add to e-books.
The client is allowed to freely distribute the e-book as they see fit. The e-book will be delivered in a digital format ONLY via a link for the client to download the e-book and this will be available for a minimum of two weeks (fourteen calendar days). The client's satisfaction or the lack thereof is not guaranteed. The client, thereafter, may distribute the e-book however they wish via digital or print.
The client takes full responsiblity for the content they submit for the e-book as well as how they distribute the e-book.
These terms are also in addition to our terms of service outline. By placing your order you agree to all of these terms.

We currently are offering custom invitation and announcement designs. These can be great for birthday parties, engagements, new arrivals, weddings and more, plus it really can reflect the individual/family/business' personality/style!

If you are interested in ordering a custom invitation/announcement and need it by a certain date, just specify this on the order form when you place your order and no matter how long our waiting list is (upon us accepting your order) we will try to meet the deadline for having your custom invitation/announcement finished by no later than the specified date.

What's even better? The design of our custom invitations as well as our announcements are FREE and you can use them for digital or print (we only ask for a tip at the time of the design being finished up in whatever amount you wish to give USD Only, and you can tip via PayPal).

Once we finish up your design, you approve the final draft, and we receive the tip (of whatever amount you choose) we will then send your custom invitation/announcement via e-mail.

Please note we currently only offer digital formats of our invitations and announcements and do not offer the printing service...this means if you plan to have the invitations/announcements printed, you will be responsible for the printing yourself. While each individual invitation/announcement may vary in size (depending on the order) we try to design each of the invitations/announcements large enough to where they can be sized down if needed to fit different paper printing options. It is the responsibility of the client to make necessary printing arrangements if they choose to print. We find that a lot of the invitations/announcements look best when they are printed on cardstock paper, but it is a matter of preference.

Letters from Crazyville Has a New Design

The owner of Letters from Crazyville contacted me asking for a character design type of blog design and she wanted a mom in a straight jacket, and her two sons and a little girl. I thought it would be fun to try my hand at making the character on this one...so she definitely got her mom in a straight jacket!! :0) She also got two little boys...one climbing a ladder to put on the stamp on an envelope (which has her blog's title) and the other holding up the envelope. Her little girl is standing and watching over on the side of the design.

She also got a button, a favicon (which is the stamp on the envelope), a post siggie (which has a pen and her posting name to go along with the "Letters" part of her title), and a navigation link bar.

This was REALLY a fun design to do!!

Celebrating One Year!!

I can hardly believe it So Stylilized is now one year old!! YAY!!

I have always...ever since I have been blogging enjoyed designing blogs, but never, ever did I imagine my love for blog designing would turn into what it has. One year ago So Stylilized was born and ever since it began it has been growing very rapidly.

Since So Stylilized began a year ago, I have been doing designs for free (with a tip in whatever amount you wish to tip at the end of the design process) and I even set those who order up with a preview page so they can see their design as it is being put together (you can see more details in regards to all of this throughout the site). I am now booked through July 2011, but don't let that discourage you if you want to order a new design to personalize your blog even more...although you may have to wait a bit if you want a blog design done from us you need to go ahead and fill out the form that way we can place you in the queue...after all its not getting any shorter and you will at least be in line right?!? :0)

So...with plenty of orders (and they just keep coming in, and if you haven't yet placed your order I hope you decide to do so) and over six hundred followers So Stylilized is well on its way. I hope in the next year it doubles its success even more.

I feel SO VERY blessed and thank you all for supporting So Stylilized.

Okay, the 2011 Queue list has been posted and I am just wanting to make sure that I have everyones order listed on there. If you have placed your order and you don't see your order number placed on there please contact me. I also should be up-to-date on giving estimate dates for when to begin on projects for all orders received and everyone should have received a response from me in regards to the approximate date I plan to begin on their order. If you haven't received an e-mail from me please contact me. There are Order Now and Contact links near the top of this site so whichever you need to do is just a click away. Otherwise, I think I am caught up on getting everyone in the queue.

If you are not in the queue and haven't placed your order yet, please remember I take most orders in the order they are received...so even if you have to wait a bit for me to get to your order but you are interested in me doing a design for you please go ahead and fill out the order form as the wait list most likely won't get any shorter and I will get to your order as soon as I possibly can...and I will e-mail you with the approximate date I plan to begin on the project so you will know at least approximately when I plan to start. Hey...its FREE (all I ask for is a tip in whatever amount you want to give at the time of the design being finalized)...does it get any better for a custom design?!? Decisionally Challenged Reviews New Look!

The owner of Decisionally Challenged recently won a giveaway that we sponsored and asked that I make a cute look for her new blog Decisionally Challenged Reviews. I was delighted to do just that!

She let me know that green is her favorite color and she wanted to keep the word "challenged" upside down and backwards, but other than that she pretty much told me to keep the design nice and organized looking and use my creativity to do whatever I wanted with this design.

With the new design she also got a matching button and the design is a three column layout.

My First Wordpress Client!

The owner of Our Punken Patch was my very first Wordpress design client!! I have since received multiple orders for designs for the Wordpress platform, but Our Punken Patch was my first client. I am VERY pleased with how the design turned out, if I do say so myself.

This design includes a three column layout, a navigation link bar, a post siggie, a button, and a favicon.

Chaotic Mommy Reviews New Look!

She wanted bright colors but we also didn't want to take anything away from her actual posts at the same time so we tried to do a mix of brights and stand outish colors while throwing in some colors to not only help her blog design stand out even more but her posts to stand out quite a bit as well.

We also let you know we would make a post whenever the order form was up and ready for the new design options. An Exciting New Addition!!

Yep, thats right we have something exciting to share and those of you who use Wordpress will most likely be happy at this bit of news.

After quite a bit of practice at a few different theme designs, we are now ready to offer Wordpress designs as well. Now, those of you on Blogger/Blogspot you just keep ordering like normal...nothing will really change for you all and yes we are going to keep offering designs for the Blogger/Blogspot platform as well. And...to keep things simple we are actually going to only be making minor changes to the current order form (where you will select whether you prefer a design for the Blogger platform or for the Wordpress platform and everything else will mostly stay the same). The order form isn't up yet, but be on the lookout for it in the next several days, we'll make a post and let you know when the order form has been made available.

In the meantime...take a look at one of our newest Wordpress sample templates.

Autumn Already? And...2011 Wait List Status

Well...we must welcome Autumn in with the colors it brings so we decided not to change the layout (as it is something our visitors seem to like and it is a nice clean look and easy to navigate around with getting the information out we need to let others know about) but change the colors to more well...Autumny colors. :)

We also have sent an e-mail out to those on our 2011 Wait List (if you didn't receive this e-mail check your junk mail and if you still can't locate it please contact us). We are just letting all of our 2011 Wait Listers know we are in the process of scheduling their approximate dates, reminding them about the fill-in spots, and an e-mail will be sent out sometime in December to all of those on the 2011 Wait List with an approximate date we plan to begin on the project you placed up as your order.

A New Look for Home~Mom!

Christy over at Home~Mom contacted us and asked us to do a new look for her that was nice and clean but showed her personality. She said she is just now learning how to sew so I thought that putting the needle and thread in her title (especially since her title has the description of how a mom is the glue that holds everything together) fit just right in this situation.

We did not perform the install for this project as Christy stated she plans to do this herself. At the time of this posting the install has not yet been done so we took a quick snapshot of her preview page so everyone could get a glimpse of what the new look is all about.

Paper Angels Photography Has an Updated Look!

Paper Angels Photography came to us liking their current look but wanted their look to be updated just a bit. They wanted a new background, three columns, a somewhat same type of color scheme, a button to somewhat match the new layout, and drop down links in their link bar. As you can see they got all of that and in case you were wondering...yes, they supplied the images for the template (after all it is a photography blog :0) ).

A Pocket Full of Buttons New Look!

StephD over at A Pocket Full of Buttons came to us asking for a look that kinda' showed the personality of her and her family with pink being one of the main colors. She then went and purchased the images used in this design from an outside source and with the proper rights and permissions sent those over to us for us to include in the new design. She now has a three column layout reflecting the personality of her and her family, the pinkish color going on, a button, a post siggie, and a favicon.
