We reserve the right to update these terms as we see fit and without notice.

THE DESIGN BASICS

By asking us to design any project for you, you also agree that we are not responsible for any content placed on or in the project once you receive the finished project.

Although most all of our clients are satisfied with our work, we also make no guarantees of a client's satisfaction or the lack thereof for any of our design work or other services.


BLOG/WEBSITE CONTENT

We encourage our client's to backup any design, content, projects, etc. prior to any new installation. No guarantees are made for any installation, and should the unexpected happen, you will have a backup of your files.

By asking us to design any project for you, you also agree that we are not responsible for any content placed on or in the project once you receive the finished project.

Although most all of our clients are satisfied with our work, we also make no guarantees of a client's satisfaction or the lack thereof.


RIGHTS

Although we allow our client's to use our designs, we hold the rights to all of our designs. All designs, graphics, etc. are the property of their respective owner(s).

We also reserve the rights to use our projects as we see fit (such as in our portfolio, etc.)

Any and all comments made on our site may be used in things such as our comments/testimonies section(s), etc. at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to decline any orders.

Once any form of payment(s) is/are received, they are non-refundable.



CREDITS AND LINKS

All credits and links must stay in the spot we place them in/on the project.



SECURITY AND PRIVACY

We will never share your information with an outside source that is not involved in the design process.

For projects that involve installation, if you choose for us to install the design on your server, we recommend you make up a temporary password for the installation process and then change the password once installation is completed. You are responsible for your own account, so make sure you keep it secure.


PLATFORMS

At this point we are designing templates for the Blogger/Blogspot platform and the Wordpress platform. Although our headers, banners, and buttons may be used for a variety of different platforms (if you need one of those, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your needs).

Since each viewer's screen, browser, etc. may vary, we make no guarantees of how a design will display on any given screen.

CONTENT

Any content (graphics, etc.) that you forward to us to include in a project must be your property or non-copyrighted material or you must hold the copyrights to the material and grant us permission to include the content in the project.

Any content placed on a project by you or any other individual(s) after you receive a design project is your responsibility and you agree not to hold So Stylilized and its designers responsible for any such content.

DELIVERY

Once a project is finished (in most cases) it is delivered to the client via e-mail. If the client has expressed that they wish for us to install a project, we will do so within seven calendar days after a project is delivered. We reserve the right to keep or discard the project after attempted delivery. Some projects are discarded within thirty calendar days after attempted delivery. There is a list on our website to check your order status, and it will be your responsibility to contact us if for some reason you did not receive your order.

UPDATES, HOSTING, AND REVISIONS


You are responsible for your own hosting accounts. At this time we only do the design of projects. If you wish for us to install a template that you order on your account we will agree to do so (on one account only). Any revisions needed to be made can be done for up to thirty minutes of the designer's time and thereafter the project will be considered closed. Fourteen calendar days after a project is delivered, it is considered closed.

Once a project is closed, there will be no options for revision.

We do not revise and/or install other's work.

DIGITAL AND PRINTING DETAILS


We currently do not offer any printing services.  Although projects such as our invitations, announcements, greeting cards, etc. may be printed by the client, we only deliver a digital format (usually via e-mail) and the client has the permission to use the design in digital or print formats.  While some of our projects that have the option for print may vary in size we try to make the designs large enough to where they can be reasonably decreased in size if the client needs to have them decreased for reasons such as printing purposes (for different size printing purposes, etc.).  It is the sole responsibility of the client for how the design is used for the digital or print format once they receive the finished project.  We also make no guarantee of the satisfaction or the lack thereof of how printed material will look once the project/design is printed.  Please note our projects/designs are not to be transferred to other individuals by the client.  The only way the client is to give the design to someone else is by means of informative purposes such as information on an invitation or announcement (for example to inform of a particular event on an invitation, etc.) and not for the purpose of giving the individual a design that the client ordered for their own use.  The designs/projects are not to be transferred and not to be transferred for the use of others if the client already ordered them for their own use.
